Includes:
- 2lbs of premium cuts (ex: filet mignon, New York, Rib Eye steaks, etc.)
- 3lbs of additional cuts (ex: carne asada, top sirloin, beef stew cuts, short ribs, etc.)
- 5lbs of ground beef
Premium cuts are cut to approximately 1.25” thick.
*Each box is hand curated, and the contents will vary based off of product availability. If you have any special requests, include them in the comment box at checkout.

Contents will be shipped frozen and packed with dry ice to ensure quality.

We now offer free shipping to ALL of Washington state on all products, except for our custom beef and pork orders. If you are located outside of our free shipping zone, please contact us for a custom shipping rate.

Although we strive for perfection, the weight of each box will vary based off of the weights of each individual cut. Rest assured, the box you receive will never be under the weight that you ordered.
